Party with Sixth Class 19th June 2015

We invited 6th class to our room today for a party. They didn't know what we had planned so they got a great surprise. We wanted to say a big thank you to our lovely friends for helping us to settle into school and for doing lots of lovely activities all year.  We made lovely cards, we thought of the messages we wanted to write ourselves and Ms. Fahy helped us with some of the spellings.  Then we sang songs and did the chicken dance. Sixth class joined in with the dance; it was great fun. Afterwards we had a party, we ate rice krispie buns, popcorn, marshmallows and sweets. We also gave Ms. Treacy a card to say thanks for arranging lots of special activities this year. We loved working with sixth class and will miss them when they go to secondary school.
