Orchestra, Ballet, Guided Drawing and a visit from Santa

This week we made instruments from items we found in the classroom and formed an orchestra. We watched a Christmas panto on the whiteboard and joined in with our instruments. We played songs from all over the world (France, Africa, Kerry) and also some of our favourite Christmas songs.

We followed a guided drawing tutorial to create our very own elf on the shelf.

After reading ‘The Nutcracker’ this week the children have been enjoying listening and dancing to classical music.
