This week we decorated the classroom for Halloween. We turned our role play area into a potions lab so the children have been having great fun turning Ms. Fahy and each other into frogs and slithering snakes.
It was World Space Week this week so we read lots of stories on space. We drew chalk pictures of space and used our play dough to make aliens. We made up names for our aliens too.
On Friday we learned about the Russian artist, Wassily Kandinsky and created our own circle art pictures by mixing the primary colours.
Lucy was back for a ukulele lesson. Everyone loved the class and are looking forward to learning our first tune on the instruments next week.
